- Cancellation Policy
- Unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Just as we will notify you, we ask that you notify us of changes to your schedule.
- 24 hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment.
- This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill your appointment time. With less than 24 hours notice, you may be responsible for the full amount of your appointment.
- No-shows & Late Arrivals
- Missing an appointment with no notice is considered a "no-show." Late arrivals may have a shortened appointment to accommodate following client appointments. You are responsible for the scheduled appointment charge.
